What you'll do

• Transport medical respite participants to and from appointments
• provide shift reports
• track participant whereabouts
• conduct safety checks and screenings
• complete specified cleaning and coordinate environmental services, laundry, and meals
• support staff and clients
• maintain supply inventory
• and coordinate appointments. After training, duties may include wellness checks, intake and orientation, entry and exit assessments, and connecting participants to services.
