What you'll do

• Assist the general manager with daily shop operations
• lead and coach crew members
• implement policies and procedures
• recruit, hire, and train staff
• support scheduling, performance evaluations, and manager meetings
• manage food, beverage, labor, and controllable costs
• oversee bar purchasing, inventory, staffing, cleanliness, and service certifications
• support training systems and operational documentation
• assume responsibility for the restaurant and team when the general manager is absent.
