Customer Service Representative (CSR)

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) role is onsite in Traverse City, MI. Compensation is $24 per hour, DOE. Douglas Water Conditioning works in water treatment, including water treatment systems, drinking water systems, bottled water, and softener salt. The representative helps customers and supports daily store and service operations by responding to requests, coordinating deliveries and service calls, maintaining customer and billing records, and handling walk-in transactions. The role also supports opening and closing the store and requires rotating Saturday availability.

What you'll do

• Manage the customer database
• answer phones and respond to customer requests
• schedule product deliveries and service calls
• operate the cash register for walk-in customers
• update delivery and service tickets
• enter billing into the database
• run route tickets
• open and close the store
• perform other assigned duties.
