What you'll do

• Enter, match, code, approve, and reconcile invoices
• set up subcontracts and purchase orders in the job cost system
• maintain vendor records and tax information
• schedule and prepare checks
• resolve purchase order, contract, invoice, and payment discrepancies
• review vendor statements
• process invoices and lien waivers
• follow up on outstanding invoices
• support tax compliance and external audits.
