What you'll do

• Oversee clinical operations across multiple locations
• supervise and develop Medical Assistants, LPNs, and RNs
• review records and observe nursing care
• complete and report patient tracers
• implement clinical metric and performance-improvement strategies
• support compliance with HRSA, Joint Commission, OSHA, HIPAA, and state requirements
• conduct at least two half-days of scheduled nurse patient visits weekly
• visit health centers at least twice monthly
• collaborate on shared medical group visits
• review purchase orders and equipment function
• lead clinical support group meetings.
