What you'll do

• Set up and stock food stations
• prepare food items for service
• execute menu items to specifications and standards
• cook in cooperation with kitchen staff
• ensure food is prepared promptly and to a high standard
• clean the station and handle leftover or spoiled food according to the chef’s direction
• maintain station inventory
• follow nutrition and sanitation regulations.
