What you'll do

• Coordinate program schedules, calendars, meetings, orientations, trainings, graduations, and events
• enter and quality-check participant data
• maintain confidential participant files and compliance documentation
• support contract setup and tracking
• prepare DocuSign packets
• maintain reports and trackers
• set up virtual learning platforms and assist with access
• coordinate procurement and distribution of program supplies.
