What you'll do

• Oversee warehouse operations, inventory, and workflow
• maintain inventory using FEFO
• manage Infor M3 warehouse transactions
• deliver warehouse KPIs and control costs
• support timely order processing, pickup accuracy, and cycle counts
• coordinate carriers and shipping and receiving appointments
• enforce OSHA forklift and warehousing guidelines, hazardous shipping, allergen control, and GMP practices
• manage fleet and warehouse repairs
• lead and train staff on safety, food safety, and company guidelines
• collaborate with other departments on customer complaints, production issues, and costs.
