Speech Language Pathologist

Evaluate and develop/implement plan of care for infants, children and adults who have various levels of communication, cognitive and/or swallowing impairments. Must be able to independently perform job duties and be self-driven. Work is conducted in a variety of settings including, but not limited to, outpatient therapy department, schools, hospital room, long-term care unit and patient homes. QUA
