What you'll do

• Own ratings and reviews strategy across retail and direct-to-consumer channels
• translate unstructured review and survey data into prioritized insights
• partner with Product Marketing, Customer Service, and Marketing to apply voice-of-customer findings to product improvements
• maintain a reporting cadence on brand sentiment
• identify listening tools and sentiment analysis methods
• drive ratings and reviews programs against KPIs
• track competitors and flag emerging risks
• coach stakeholders on using customer feedback data.

Why this role
