What you'll do

• Promote resort visits and discounted attraction tickets
• engage guests and pre-qualify them for resort tours
• offer ticket sales or room bookings when guests do not qualify
• provide customer service
• process and balance cash and card transactions
• maintain knowledge of resort offerings and promotions. May work and travel to off-site events, pop-up locations, and conventions based on business needs.
