Vice President, Care Operations — Hybrid, Boston or Buffalo

What you'll do

• Lead care delivery operations, staffing models, workforce management, scheduling, patient assignments, and operational quality and service targets.
• Manage the nursing team’s day-to-day operations, partner with the Chief Nursing Officer on clinical standards, coordinate with revenue cycle, finance, and product teams, and build processes and tools to support efficient growth.
