The Registered Nurse (RN), Support North role is based in Buncombe County and surrounding areas, with a Monday–Friday schedule of 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Compensation is not specified. Four Seasons provides hospice and palliative care and supports patients and families in using hospice benefits.

What you'll do

• Perform two to four admissions daily depending on shift length and patient complexity
• conduct comprehensive assessments
• provide direct nursing visits when needed
• assess physical and mental health
• document and report assessments
• plan, deliver, and evaluate nursing care
• collaborate on patient- and family-centered plans
• provide teaching and counseling
• document care and patient response
• supervise, teach, and evaluate personnel performing nursing functions.

Why this role

Requires a valid North Carolina RN license, driver’s license, and proof of automobile insurance. Two years of clinical experience is preferred. Patient visits may be assigned as needed.
