Customer Service Representative

What you'll do

• Manage customer entries and inventory records
• communicate with customers
• coordinate shipments with logistics teams
• scale trucks in and out and complete documentation
• calculate quantities, weights, and measurements
• follow checklists and procedures
• perform assigned housekeeping
• cross-train for other customer commodity requirements
• participate in mock drills and report incidents
• attend daily safety meetings.
