• Respond to outside sales representatives’ inquiries about pricing, specifications, availability, and policies.
• Prepare and distribute quotations, verify quotation details, compare customer orders with approved quotations, coordinate discrepancy resolution with Order Management, gather competitive information, maintain records, prepare weekly quotation activity reports, and attend trade shows or field sales calls as required or needed.

Why this role
