The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) role is based in New Orleans, LA, and provides care in both the PACE Center and participants’ homes. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Assist with feeding, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, hygiene, transfers, ambulation, positioning, and mobility
• provide companionship
• support center activities and meals
• provide home-based personal care and light housekeeping
• accompany participants to appointments or outings as assigned
• document services
• communicate with participants, families, and the care team
• and follow applicable safety and care requirements.
