Property Management Maintenance & Grounds Technician

Job overview

The Property Management Maintenance & Grounds Technician role is onsite in Aberdeen, SD. Compensation is $21–$23 per hour. The technician supports the efficient operation and upkeep of Costello Property Management’s apartment and townhome communities. The role maintains interior and exterior property conditions, helps prepare units for occupancy, and ensures appliances, heating and cooling units, and light fixtures operate properly. It also supports residents through customer service and works with site or regional managers on inspections and property needs.

What you'll do

• Perform electrical, plumbing, drywall, appliance, and other maintenance
• prepare vacated units for rent
• remove sidewalk snow up to two inches
• maintain grounds and trash receptacles
• inspect grounds and units with managers
• provide resident customer service
• handle after-hours emergency calls.
