Maintenance Manager

What you'll do

• Oversee mechanics and maintenance staff
• enforce safety procedures and PPE requirements
• track work orders and KPIs using a CMMS
• analyze downtime, costs, and reliability metrics
• maintain preventive-maintenance records
• supervise equipment repairs and preventive maintenance
• manage vendor relationships and parts inventory
• assist with troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• implement reliability improvements and recommend equipment upgrades or replacements.
