What you'll do

• Process mail and email work requests involving deceased accounts, certificates, IRAs, and trust accounts
• complete loan reconstruction and ownership changes
• process death notifications and deceased reporting
• index confidential documents and perform quality control
• respond to member correspondence and account research requests
• assist with workflow distribution and new-hire training
• process IRS Form 1099-INT reporting
• participate in software testing
• respond to business risk inquiries and remediation
• maintain procedures and knowledge-base content
• identify and recommend operational improvements.
