What you'll do

• Maintain exterior grounds and interior common areas
• remove trash and maintain dumpsters
• shovel and treat icy walkways in winter
• complete minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and landscaping tasks
• assist with work orders and vacated-unit preparation
• maintain tools, parts, and supplies
• follow workplace safety requirements.
