The Production Associate, Peak Season – Cold Side role is onsite in Delphi, IN. Pay is $20.00 per hour for first shift and $21.00 per hour for second shift. This seasonal production role helps process, package, and inspect meat products while supporting food safety, quality, and production goals. Team members perform production tasks, operate equipment as needed, and work with colleagues to meet daily deadlines.

What you'll do

• Perform production tasks that may include cutting, trimming, deboning, packaging, labeling, and preparing meat products for shipment
• operate production machinery as needed
• follow company food safety, USDA, sanitation, and workplace safety requirements
• keep work areas clean and organized
• work with the team to meet production goals and deadlines.
