This role exists to monitor and manage the pellet production process using HMI tools, ensuring safety and efficiency throughout the manufacturing cycle.

What you'll do

• Monitor incoming fiber, manage drying processes, oversee pellet production, track pellet movement to railcars, communicate safety concerns, maintain housekeeping standards, utilize SDS, complete safety training, maintain radio communication, participate in OH&S committee, provide leadership, troubleshoot upset conditions, provide technical training, coordinate holiday planning, liaise with management, monitor moisture and temperatures, adjust in-feed mixes, analyze HMI system, review shift notes, manage fiber needs, conduct moisture testing, direct rail car loading.
