What you'll do
- Collaborate with parole officers and transportation coordinators to determine and arrange placements
- receive, track, and monitor referrals
- assess participant needs
- coordinate reception with community-based providers
- communicate about non-placements with CDCR
- ensure participants have necessary medication and basic supplies
- complete required reports.
