Business Operations Manager, Club & Recreation Sports

What you'll do

• Identify and implement growth opportunities in programs, pricing, promotions, tournaments, and events
• support operators with enrollment, participation, and customer experience
• scale best practices
• coordinate seasonal operations and connect operators with headquarters functions. Track enrollment, retention, conversion, program performance, and utilization
• recommend data-informed actions
• support customer lifecycle improvements, acquisition onboarding, systems implementation, and safety and compliance.
