Houseparents - Relocation to Hershey, PA Required. This is an onsite role located in Beverly, NJ. Compensation is $44,768.00 per person per year. Milton Hershey School is a renowned institution dedicated to providing a cost-free, career-focused education to disadvantaged students. This role is responsible for creating a structured, family-like environment for approximately 8-13 students in an on-campus home, fostering their academic, emotional, and social development.

What you'll do

• Providing daily supervision and mentorship
• Managing household routines and student schedules
• Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
• Driving students to activities and engaging in developmental/recreational activities
• Leading daily devotions and accompanying students to Sunday Chapel
• Overseeing budgeting and household reporting.

What we're looking for

Education

High school diploma or GED

Experience

High school diploma or GED required; Experience working or volunteering with youth.
