What you'll do

• Handle complex litigation in state and federal courts
• draft and argue motions, including dismissal, summary judgment, and class certification
• prepare and respond to writs and appeals
• take and defend depositions
• assist with trial preparation and case strategy
• manage cases
• mentor junior associates
• analyze legal issues and develop strategic solutions.
