Floor Technician – Housekeeping

What you'll do

• Sweep, mop, buff, strip, and wax floors in resident rooms, hallways, and common areas
• follow floor-maintenance schedules
• prepare work areas and move furniture safely
• collect and dispose of trash
• operate and maintain floor-care equipment
• follow infection-prevention and PPE requirements
• complete cleaning documentation
• respect resident privacy and report safety or equipment concerns.
