What you'll do

• Lead the estimating lifecycle from bid review through final submission
• prepare lump-sum bids
• analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• perform quantity takeoffs
• develop cost structures for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractors, and indirect costs
• solicit and evaluate pricing
• assess risks, constructability, and schedule impacts
• collaborate with project management, operations, and field teams
• participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and client discussions
• prepare proposals and contribute to value engineering and bid strategy.
