What you'll do

• Learn the end-to-end sales process
• shadow Sales team members and analysts
• map workflows and draft process diagrams
• take meeting notes and prepare summaries, action items, and draft requirements
• maintain process documentation and backlogs
• support user stories and acceptance criteria
• organize and summarize sales data in Excel
• prepare reports and charts
• flag CRM data issues
• support CRM enhancements and user acceptance testing
• prepare release notes and training materials
• respond to Sales user questions and escalate as needed.
