It supports supervisors in resolving challenges and maintaining safe, stable residential services.

What you'll do

• Supervise, coach, and develop assigned House Supervisors
• monitor staffing schedules, gaps, attendance, call-offs, and overtime
• conduct home visits and assess operations, safety, and environmental standards
• oversee incident documentation and follow-up
• support regulatory reviews, audits, and Plans of Correction
• address operational challenges and coordinate urgent responses
• collaborate with Quality Assurance, QIDPs, Nursing QA, Maintenance, and leadership
• travel between assigned homes. Primarily Monday through Friday, with evening and weekend availability and participation in an on-call rotation potentially required based on operational needs.

Why this role

Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field required, or at least five years of relevant ID/IDD residential services experience in lieu of a degree; three years of ID/IDD residential services experience and two years of supervisory or leadership experience required.
