What you'll do

• Build product and application knowledge and customer relationships
• process customer orders accurately and promptly, with a stated goal of within 24 hours
• learn customer systems
• liaise between customers, Sales, and internal departments
• process quote requests and verify quote information
• expedite orders when necessary
• resolve inquiries and discrepancies
• create and maintain method folders
• schedule kickoff meetings
• coordinate end-of-life production parts.
