What you'll do

• Lead campus dining and catering

• participate in employee meetings, reviews, and training

• maintain food cost and quality standards
• build relationships with staff, clients, guests, and other departments
• manage financial reporting, budgets, cash handling, purchasing, and inventory
• analyze financial trends
• plan menus with chefs
• and follow HACCP controls and food storage practices.
