Cloud Contact Center Developer – AWS Connect and Genesys

The Cloud Contact Center Developer role is onsite in Columbus, OH. Pay is $53.03–$56.81 per hour. The role focuses on cloud contact center engineering and migration from Genesys to AWS Connect.

What you'll do

• Migrate large contact centers from Genesys to AWS Connect
• apply knowledge of both platforms' architectures
• engineer cloud contact center solutions using AWS Connect and ecosystem services such as IAM, Lex, Lambda, KMS, S3, and Kinesis
• use Terraform for infrastructure as code
• design and implement AWS applications
• work with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins/Jules and version control tools such as Git/Bitbucket
• build proof-of-concepts and develop them into large-scale solutions.
