What you'll do

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate mechanics and support staff
• perform and oversee inspections, repairs, modifications, and scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• review maintenance documentation and logbook entries
• ensure compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and OEM standards
• mentor and evaluate technicians
• troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and avionics issues
• manage parts, tooling, and shop resources
• coordinate with management, vendors, and customers
• enforce safety protocols.
