What you'll do

• Greet visitors and residents
• handle resident issues and escalate as needed
• coordinate lease renewals
• complete applications, leases, and files
• give tours and support leasing and marketing
• inspect models and market-ready units
• inspect the property and address deficiencies
• apply sales and closing techniques
• collect rent and manage resident accounts
• conduct weekly market studies
• assist with social media marketing
• follow applicable housing laws and company policies.
