Sales Manager

The Sales Manager position is onsite in Seattle, WA, with field work across the company’s service area. Expected total annual compensation is $150,000–$250,000. Valentine Roofing’s team works toward the mission of protecting communities from unscrupulous contractors. The manager leads and develops Project Advisors, reinforces consistent sales practices, and tracks performance to help build a scalable sales organization. Coaching, accountability, and coordination with other departments support customer experience and continued company growth.

What you'll do

• Manage, coach, and develop Project Advisors through coaching sessions, ride-alongs, field training, and team meetings
• help recruit and onboard sales talent
• establish performance expectations and accountability
• ensure consistent execution of the sales process
• partner with Marketing, Production, Customer Experience, Finance, and leadership
• monitor sales KPIs, forecast, manage pipeline performance, and identify improvement opportunities
• travel throughout the service area.
