What you'll do

• Screen clients for medical appropriateness for admission
• conduct TB skin tests
• liaise with medical providers
• monitor medication counts for medication-assisted treatment clients as needed
• obtain urine specimens as needed
• evaluate medical or psychiatric complaints and refer when indicated
• monitor self-medication procedures
• document evaluations, recommendations, treatments, and referrals
• provide nutritional counseling
• help maintain medication and medical-supply inventory.
