Senior Business Analyst

The Senior Business Analyst role is hybrid, with onsite work four days a week in Boston, MA. The stated rate is $52–$57 per hour for W-2 work. Property and casualty or auto insurance experience is required.

What you'll do

• Perform workflow analysis, create workflow diagrams, and recommend procedural improvements
• document current and future system states
• prepare impact analyses for new systems and enhancements
• establish analysis methods and standards
• guide requirements elicitation, analysis, and functional specifications
• engage across project lifecycles
• coordinate with Development, QA, UAT, and Infrastructure teams on resource plans
• ensure standards compliance
• analyze metrics and lead continuous improvement of business analysis processes.
