What you'll do

• Operate mechanical dishwashing equipment
• set up and maintain dish- and pot-washing areas
• distribute and store clean cookware, dishes, and utensils
• clean and sanitize equipment, work surfaces, and kitchen areas
• empty trash and transport waste to designated areas
• drain and fill deep fryers and transport used oil to storage
• complete assigned cleaning duties
• use cleaning chemicals as directed and wear required protective equipment
• assist with light food preparation such as peeling vegetables.
