The Maintenance Supervisor — Property Operations role is onsite in Tucson, AZ, with pay of $25 per hour. What you'll do

• Supervise, train, and evaluate maintenance staff
• assign work orders and projects
• oversee inspection, repair, and maintenance of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, pools, roofing, and structural components
• troubleshoot complex issues
• maintain tools and supplies
• develop preventative maintenance programs
• ensure safety and code compliance
• manage expenses and vendors
• address resident concerns
• coordinate unit turnovers and refurbishments.
