What you'll do

• Build respectful, supportive relationships with residents
• participate in admissions and intake as assigned
• assess resident strengths, needs, abilities, preferences, and functioning
• help develop and review individualized service plans
• deliver person-centered, culturally responsive, recovery-oriented services
• document services, contacts, events, and progress in accordance with program requirements
• maintain an assigned caseload and work with the interdisciplinary team.
