What you'll do

• Manage concrete construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
• coordinate with field teams, clients, and leadership
• create budgets, schedules, and critical path plans
• review labor costs with superintendents
• oversee productivity, cost control, quality, and safety
• coordinate formwork and logistics
• manage material buyouts and deliveries
• prepare change orders, proposals, requests for proposals, budgets, and schedules
• track progress and documentation
• complete closeout documents
• communicate project status and potential issues to executive management.
