What you'll do

• Lead vendor acquisition and portfolio expansion strategy
• identify product categories and supplier opportunities
• conduct market and competitive analysis
• develop vendor and product roadmaps and business cases
• evaluate and select vendors
• negotiate commercial terms
• oversee vendor onboarding and new product introduction through launch
• coordinate readiness across inventory, logistics, pricing, systems, and sales training
• manage vendor performance standards and reviews
• collaborate on product positioning and sales enablement.
