Food Service Director

What you'll do

• Coordinate menus and direct training of cooks and kitchen workers
• prepare, cook, and serve meals
• manage food costs, inventory, and ordering
• maintain kitchen and food safety standards
• oversee kitchen and dining room sanitation
• hire, train, supervise, and orient dietary employees
• work with the Registered Dietitian to meet residents’ clinical requirements.
