The Director/Senior Director, Deal Structuring & Valuation is an onsite role based in Los Angeles, CA, with an annual salary range of $165,000 to $175,000. This role leads the Deals Office team. This leadership position is responsible for all aspects of financial assessment, complex modeling, and strategic structuring of significant deals. The role exists to proactively identify deal structures that maximize shareholder returns while aligning with business strategy and artist-first values.
