Lead Cook — Morning Shift

The Lead Cook role is onsite in Dodgeville, WI, with pay starting at $20 per hour, based on experience. The schedule is 7 a.m.–3 p.m. and includes every other weekend. The cook prepares homemade meals and desserts to provide residents with nutritious dining experiences at CrestRidge Senior Living. The Lead Cook plans menus, estimates and orders food supplies, organizes shift duties around routines and resident needs, and helps maintain kitchen equipment. The role supports consistent, balanced meals and dependable dining service for residents.

What you'll do

• Create seasonal menus using wholesome ingredients and balanced nutrition
• estimate daily and weekly food needs and order supplies
• organize and assign shift duties based on routines and resident needs
• ensure kitchen equipment is functioning and monthly maintenance and cleaning are performed.
