Fitness Instructor

The Fitness Instructor role is onsite in Belton, MO. Compensation is $15.58 per hour. The instructor works in the Parks & Recreation Department and supports High Blue members and guests. The role builds a friendly community atmosphere, leads assigned classes in an orderly and engaging way, and helps maintain a clean and safe area while directing members to appropriate services and communicating needs to the Wellness Manager.

What you'll do

• Build positive relationships with members and guests
• maintain certification in the assigned class area and CPR
• communicate member needs to the Wellness Manager
• guide patrons with customer service inquiries
• keep classes orderly and engaging
• maintain a clean area after classes
• answer questions about Parks & Recreation programs or direct inquiries to staff
• report equipment maintenance or damage.
