What you'll do

• Develop and execute production plans
• manage facility resources, budget, and cost controls
• lead Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives and sustain 5S
• develop and monitor productivity and waste-reduction KPIs
• coach supervisors and team leads
• ensure safety protocols and regulatory standards are followed
• lead incident investigations and corrective actions
• develop manufacturing teams and coordinate with Technical, Sales, Quality, Finance, Supply Chain, Maintenance, HR, and EHS.
