Machine Operator, Melt Extrusion — Third Shift

The Machine Operator, Melt Extrusion — Third Shift works onsite in Manchester, NH, from 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Starting pay is $20–$24 per hour, depending on experience. Textiles Coated International manufactures fluoropolymer films, laminates, and composites for industrial and other demanding applications. The operator sets up and runs extrusion equipment, adjusts processes to meet product specifications, inspects quality, maintains tooling and equipment, and documents production to support safe, consistent manufacturing.

What you'll do

• Set up, start, change over, and shut down extrusion equipment
• adjust processes to meet dimensional and visual quality criteria
• inspect products and troubleshoot extrusion
• clean and perform light preventive maintenance on tooling and equipment
• complete process records and production logs
• report non-conformances
• assist production management and process engineering
• support other operators
• follow plant safety procedures and use required PPE.
