What you'll do

• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community features and amenities
• respond to leasing inquiries
• prepare and explain lease documents
• assist with applicant screening and affordable housing program compliance where applicable
• support daily operations and move-in readiness with the Property Manager
• maintain leasing and traffic data
• implement sales and marketing strategies
• engage residents and coordinate resident events
• participate in training.
